INVESTMENT OPTIONS
Latvia Offers one of the best and easy residency programs in the Europe. There are 4 main investment options to obtain residency of Latvia:-
Option 1 :-
Applicant can buy a real estate in Latvia for atleast Euro 250,000 & 5 % one time payment of the purchase property.
Option 2 :-
Applicant can buy an interest -free Government bond with a minimum value of Euro 250,000 plus a one time payment of Euro 40,000.
Option 3:-
Applicant can invest in a Bank Bond for a minimum Value of Euro 280,000 & receive Interest as per Bank norms. However, All investments has to be retained for a period of 5 years. In addition to this , an additional fee of Euro 25,000 has to be paid towards government & bank bond options.
Option 4 :-
Applicant can invest Euro 50,000 in the equity Capital of a Latvian company, company should pay Euro 40,000 in taxes, Plus a one time payment of Euro 10,000.
Once applicant choose any option above & process the case. Residence Permit is granted along with spouse & dependents . Applicant will get a Temporary residence permit for a period of 5 years which can be extended without any additional investment.
